VMWare 4.1 Backup and Replication

Hello All,

I am new to VMWare and I have the exciting luxury of managing several VM Guest's on a few ESXi HOST running VMWare 4.1.   How can I develop a backup solution which will backup the HOST and GUEST VM's without any knowledge on how to go about it.   Any suggestions or how to articles would be great!!
