Unable to upgrade to vdp 6.0 to 6.1

Hi All,

I'm in the middle of upgrading vdp from 6.0 to 6.1 (mainly due to the high cpu java bug that's fixed in 6.1)

I've deployed the ova and am currently stuck trying to migrate my old appliance to the new one.

When entering the old vdp ip and root password it errors saying "authentication failed, make sure vdp credentials are valid"

I've tried using both ip and FQDN, I've restarted both vdp's.

I've changed the password on my old vdp multiple times and still no luck.

I 100% know its the right password as I've logged into it multiple times (also I have to log in to change the password!)

I've search the web and the only solution was to change password to use all lower case, which ive tried and hasn't worked.

Any ideas?
