VDP starts backup at wrong time

My schedule is:

Start backup: 11pm UTC (1am Local time). My local time is CEST (Spain).

Start blackout: 5am UTC (7am Local time)

Start Maintenance: 8am UTC (10am Local time)

But i'm watching realtime what this is doing:

7:00:21 UTC (9:00:21 Local Time). Backup job started (This is Blackout window)

7:05:54 UTC (9:05:54 Local Time). Backup job started (This is Blackout window)

8:00:09 UTC (10:00:09 Local Time). Backup job started (This is Maintenance Window)

Isn't it supposed to do maintenance jobs during blackout instead of more backups?

I cannot afford the performance penalty of backups during this time.
