my veeam B&R 7 Problem

Hi

i have a problem with veeam b&r

first say i have asked this question in veeam forum but nobody know about that

i have added my esxi host to veeam B&R 7 but when i want create a replicate job or backup job when i select my esxi hast in wizard this error appear

Failed to find root host 'esxi ip adress' in hierarchy  in most of my esxi host this problem has exist

how can solve this?
