Vsphere Data Protection 5.1 - I/O Error

I having the Vsphere Data Protection (VDP) 5.1 and trying to deploy the VDP to the NAS which is mounted by the vSphere host through NFS.

After finish deploying the VDP, I receive an I/O error when startup the VDP. I have tried redeploy again the VDP but also end up with same error. The VDP is working fine if I deploy the VDP to the Vsphere host attached disk.

Any idea why such problem happened? I attached the log file and screenshot for reference.
